This program is intended for the individual who would like to build lean muscle mass, increase size and look better.  This is not intended for the strength athlete or an athlete preparing for a sport.  The adult fitness client who wants to build lean mass and feel and look better but needs some guidance and structure to your training.   There are no Olympic lifts in this program but it does utilize squats, presses and deadlifts or variations of deadlifts.  For the average lifter in order to build quality lean muscle you need to train hard using structural lifts that involve a lot of the bodies muscle mass.  Training your legs hard will provide a massive systemic effect that will contribute to your overall growth in muscle mass, size and strength even in your upper body.  This program can be completed in just about any gym or home gym.
