I began lifting weights over 30 years ago in an effort to improve my performance in sport.  I am fortunate that I found this passion for strength early before I ever understood the long term benefits.  I turned this passion into a career and I have been a collegiate strength & conditioning coach for 24 years.  As I transitioned into an ATHLETE OF AGING I reaped the many benefits of regular strength training.  My mission is to promote strength training to as many people as possible.  I want to convert them into ATHLETES OF AGING and help them train safely and effectively.
